The Ghost in the Orange Closet
Tom Criser is the Author of “A Little Beggar’s Shoes” an adventure tale of some young rascals living in Post WWII Germany, and he co-authored “Doctors Are From Jupiter” a medical coding and compliance book, authored by Trey Dunaway, MD and Former OIG Criminal Investigator, Joe Batte, CPE.
Mr. Criser spent more than 20 years writing radio and television commercials, newsletters, and marketing material. He is the owner of TLV Investments LLC, formerly known as TLC Advertising.

He is a graduate of Texas A & M and lives with his wife Leslie, and two cats on North Padre Island.
“The Ghost” receives Book of the Year Award
(Corpus Christi, TX) – TLV Publishing just announced their selection for the “Book of the Year Award” goes to “The Ghost in the Orange Closet” by T.L. Criser. The annual award is presented to those authors who exhibit significant writing skills, provide a beneficial message, and address contemporary, as well as, topical issues.
“This book has a significant and important message for returning soldiers and others who suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD),” states the announcement from TLV Publishing’s three member panel that makes the selection. “Also, family members will benefit from reading this vigorous and fascinating journey of a group of Vietnam Veterans who looked to finding lost friends and old memories.”
T.L. Criser stated, “This award means so much to me. I was humbled by the personal note I received from Major General Dan Bolger and Corpus Christi Mayor Henry Garrett about how much they enjoyed reading the book. Now, to receive this as well is really something I never thought could happen.”
